Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, you may give us your name, property address, phone number, email address, your reason for selling and your timeline. We also keep anything else you tell us when we contact you.

Session recordings. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through our pages, which can include recordings of clicks, scrolling and navigation. We set these tools so they do not capture what you type into form fields.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use a few Google and Microsoft tools to understand our visitors and measure our advertising.

• Google Analytics shows us how visitors use the sites.
• Google Ads conversion tracking tells us whether an ad led to a form submission. When you submit a form, we may send Google an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address or phone number so it can match the submission to an ad you interacted with.
• Google reCAPTCHA helps keep spam out of our forms. It collects information about your device and how you interact with the page. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how people use our pages, as described above.

How long we keep information, and security
